Pakistani mountaineers Imtiaz Sadpara and Hassan Shigri are out of contact since last evening (10.07.2022). They were expected to get back to the base camp today, but weren’t able to way back to Basecamp.
Two Pakistani mountaineers who were reported as “missing” due to disruption of communication have reached Camp 3, according to latest updates.
Imtiaz Sadpara and Hasan Shigri are part of a joint expedition including mountaineers from Argentina and Italy.
The two mountaineers were unreachable since last night, according to sources.
A direct source from Basecamp dusted the information regarding their C3 news. The news is yet not confirmed.
It is now being reported that due to inclement weather, the mountaineers were stuck at the height of 7,600 meters.
July 14, 2022 updates: fortunately Imtiaz Sadpara and Hasan Shigri both reached Basecamp safely. Imtiaz Sadpara and Hasan Shigri summit Nanga Parbat and it took more than 3 days to get back to Basecamp.
Expedition 2022 at Nanga Parbat turned out to be fatal but the mountaineers beat the killer mountain well.
Shehroze Kashif and Fazal Ali stranded on Nanga Parbat during decent for around 2 days. They spend a night above 7600 meters. Both mountaineers cheated dead by spending more than 4 days on the Killer Mountain.
The same story is repeated by Imtiaz Sadpara and Hasan Shigri during their expedition with a Polish team. They lost contact above 7800 meters while descending. Imtiaz and Hasan cheated dead by their courage and will power to fight against the deadly weather of Nanga Parbat.
