Andrzej Bargiel on a skiing mission in Pakistan

Andrzej Bargiel tweeted that, “The second goal achieved! Today around 1:00 pm local time we reached Laila Peak Pakistan summit with Jędrek Baranowski and then we skied down from 150 meters below the top to the base Skier.”

This time Bargiel clearly mentioned that, “The second goal achieved” just because his colleague Jędrek Baranowski also made it to Laila peak.

They started their summit attack 23 hours earlier. Within 22:30 hours within the climbing zone, Bargiel and Baranowski summit Laila peak.

Andrzej Bargiel’s previous mission was on Yawash Sar II (6,125m) Pakistan, which he submitted alone.

Laila peak has its very own distinction because of its unicity. Its north-west face has a 45 degrees of slope in more than 1500 vertical meters. Laila Peak famous for spear-like mountain is located in the premises of Hushe valley.

The mountain lies in a restricted zone, and non-Pakistani visitors must get a permit, hire a guide, and purchase accident insurance for the entire party. This accident insurance covering rescuing expense along with other terms.
